Membrane Cleaning  Station MEMBRANE CLEANING PROCEDURE
  1. Prior to cleaning a membrane our technician inspects it, notes the condition,
    and installs it in the test/cleaning station and records pretest data.
  2. The membrane is cleaned with low pH cleaner.
  3. The membrane is cleaned with high pH cleaner.
  4. If necessary the membrane is again cleaned with a low pH cleaner.
  5. The technician records post test data, then introduces a preservative and seals the membrane in a water tight container.
  6. All testing is performed to manufacturer's specifications.
